Meet the Chef
Olivia Ellett is a private chef and certified nutritionist based in Kansas City. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she has cooked in restaurants across the United States, worked Food Network events in New York City, and developed recipes for major food brands. Her cooking is shaped by firsthand study abroad — in Spain, Italy, and France, Portugal and rooted in the Mediterranean belief that flavor and wellness belong in equal measure. Private Pasta Making Classes
Pasta-making classes are always a favorite — and it's easy to see why. Together, we'll make fresh pasta completely from scratch: you'll learn to make the filling, shape each piece by hand, and I'll pair it with sauces that bring it all to life. It's hands-on, it's fun, and the best part comes last — gathering around the table to enjoy the meal you just created.
